The sunset really grabbed my on the way home one day. So here is mostly what i saw. I love how the cold really helps the clarity of the Kansas sky light up and glow. The scattered clouds break up the scene for me and seem to add visual interest. Again just my opinion and felt like sharing.

Post Christmas Tree, Close up, Really Really close. Playing with Macro, and the removal process of the christmas decorations. I found a lot of the decorations interesting. This is a macro shot of the tree in the dissassembly process. I really like the color and blur of the light in the background.

Yeah those are not mountains, just kansas trees. We do have trees here. I promise. After a long day sometime it is just nice to have something to watch. The simplicity of this scene is what drew me in as I hope it does for you.

So back when i started photography it was all black and want super contrast grainy, simple shutters, all manual focusing, aperture light metering. Look where we have come.

Even with all of that i still love black and whites. Go figure. Great shot with a few models I met with here in a local park at a meetup event.
